Although I normally resist the temptation to write reviews of any kind, in Gabriele Orbell's case I felt compelled to do so. She more than deserves that.

She persevered through many obstacles; dealing with contractors and termite damage repairs and reports, bad weather couldn't get her down (it poured down rain our first two open houses), COVID-19 lock down hit us right after the second open house and she refused to take a break.

She persisted. She exuded professionalism. She executed the latest technology in photography services and marketing. She remained positive through meeting all the challenges. She found a way to continue marketing despite the lock down.

She was our project manager during the renovations, keeping us informed throughout while we approved the expenses, as most of the time we were 400 miles away. We were partners throughout; strategizing, analyzing while she expertly advised on market and industry trends- extremely important during the pandemic.

Looking back, it is ironic that we hired her notably for being impressed with her stagier in the sale of a friend's house (great work at our house as well- making a huge difference!). Little did we know what a great asset we were hiring....Thank you so much Gabriele! Also a huge shout-out to Kristen Boyd of Old Republic Title. She was awesome!
